Purchases and orders

When you purchase a product on our store you are using external services including Stripe or Paypal at our checkout. Purchases are covered by our refund and returns policy below

When you purchase an online course you get immediate access for 12 months unless otherwise stated.

When you purchase a retreat, you get access to accommodation in the destination you have booked. Flights and travel insurance are not included

Returns and Refunds

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from making a payment.

You have the right to cancel a retreat booking and request a partial refund, but you must notify us at least 30 days before your retreat.

A £300 non refundable deposit is included in retreat prices. The deposit covers any admin fees and avoids loss of our deposit on accommodation and excursions.

You have the right to request refund for online courses. To be eligible for a refund for online courses, you must of completed less than 60% of a course.

In the case of physical products, you can cancel a purchase prior to delivery. You may request a refund or exchange if an item has been received and is damaged or faulty. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Some items are non refundable, and these include:

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • £300 deposit included in retreat price.

Partial refunds may be granted:

  • If you have progressed passed 60% of a course


Once you have requested a return, we will email to notify you that we have received your request. 

We will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund within seven days.

For physical products, we will notify you of the approval or rejection upon receiving and inspected the returned items.

If a refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will go to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days of approval. 

Sale items

If approved, you will be credited for the amount paid, including any sale prices or discounted offers.

Multiple refunds

You may not be refunded for a third time or more than twice in a row.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days of approval, contact us and we will investigate further.


You may exchange non physical products, including courses and retreats, if you have purchased by mistake. For an exchange you must not have completed more than 60% of your current course and/or given at least 30 days notice prior to a retreat. 

Exchanges are accepted for physical products if you return items in as new condition, and in the original packaging.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If any item has been provided to you as a gift, such as a gift voucher or a course, a refund will be issued to the buyer, or the person/payment method that made the original purchase. 

All refunds are to the card or bank that made the original purchase with us. 

Shipping returns

To return a physical product, you should mail your product to:

Unless an item is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot authorise a refund for any physical item that has not been successfully returned to us/received.
