1.1. You will be able to access the majority of this
website without having to register any details with
us.

2. USE OF WEBSITE

2.1. You are permitted to use our website for your own
purposes and to print and download material from
this website provided that you do not modify any
content without our consent. Material on this
website must not be republished online or offline
without our permission.

2.2. The copyright and other intellectual property rights
in all material on this website are owned by us or
our licensors and must not be reproduced without
our prior consent.

2.3. Subject to paragraph 2.1, no part of this website
may be reproduced without our prior written
permission.

2.4 Purchases are covered by our Returns and Refund policy

3. SITE UPTIME

3.1.?We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this
website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per
year. However, websites do sometimes encounter
downtime due to server and, other technical issues.
Therefore, we will not be liable if this website is
unavailable at any time.

3.2.?This website may be temporarily unavailable due to
issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or
for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will
try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance
issues but shall not be obliged to do so.

4. VISITOR CONDUCT

4.1.?With the exception of personally identifiable
information, the use of which is covered under our
Privacy Statement, any material you send or post to this
website shall be considered non-proprietary and not
confidential. Unless you advise to the contrary, we will
be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and
otherwise use such material for any and all purposes.

4.2.?When using this website, you shall not post or send
to or from this website any material:

a. for which you have not obtained all necessary
consents;

b. that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic,
defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of

constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal

offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is
contrary to the law in the United Kingdom; and

regulatory authorities or court order requiring us to

7. EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY

7.1.?Neither we nor any other party (whether or not
involved in producing, maintaining or delivering this
website), shall be liable or responsible for any kind of
loss or damage that may result to you or a third party as
a result of your or their use of our website. This
exclusion shall include servicing or repair costs and,
without limitation, any other direct, indirect or
consequential loss, and whether in tort or contract or
otherwise in connection with this website.

7.2.?Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability
for:

a. death or personal injury caused by negligence (as
defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977);

b. fraud;

c. misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter; or

d. any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under
the law of the United Kingdom.

8. RETREAT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment

> Bookings are confirmed only upon full-payment via our online payment portal. Sorry no space can be held or taken over the phone.
> We accept payment and process via Stripe or PayPal.
> There are no discounts for late arrivals or early departures.
> Unless otherwise stated, retreat prices are in £ British pounds and per person, based on twin-share rooms sometimes 3 or 4 in bigger apartments, should you want your own private room please contact us and we will arrange accordingly…However there will be an extra charge

Bookings

> Your booking includes a £300 non refundable deposit (to avoid loss on our part)
> Confirmed bookings may be transferred to another person should you be unable to attend. Please inform us in writing and supply relevant contact details.
> We are more than happy to reschedule a retreat should you be unable to attend, please just let us know in writing.
> If you wish to share with a friend and they book separately, please notify the booking team of your request and we will do our best to place in the same room.
> Once you have booked via our website you will receive an invoice, a booking confirmation, and travel reminder.
> By agreeing to our Waiver at the time of booking via a tick-box we will assume all attendees on the same booking are also in agreeance.
> We encourage you to purchase travel insurance for any retreat, including ours.

Cancellations and Refunds

> All bookings include a £300 non refundable deposit – A partial refund will only be offered if you cancel and inform us via email at least two weeks prior to your retreat. (Please include your full name, booking number and retreat date with your email refund request).
> If you cancel within two weeks of your retreat, we will offer a retreat credit (instead of a refund) so you can reschedule to another available date.
> If we need to cancel a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (including bush fires, pandemic such as COVID-19 and other extreme circumstances causing temporary closure) we will offer two options:
a) Retreat Credit so you can reschedule to another available retreat date OR
b) A partial-refund (minus deposit). (If a temporary closure has taken place, the refund will be issued within 2 months after re-opening the business.)
> If a refund is available to you (above conditions) you might need to email us your full name, booking number and retreat date, along with your Bank Account name, BSB and Account number.
> Refunds will take place via Bank Transfer. (Updated 8/8/21 – Prior to this date we were able to refund via our online payment system, Stripe, however, due to high admin fees we have opted to refund via bank transfer instead.)

Gift Certificates

> Gift certificates are valid one year from their purchase date.
> Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, nor credit or change is given.

Waiting list
> We do not hold places on our retreats however if you would like to be on a waitlist for a specific retreat date, please email the crew with your contact details and the retreat date. If a space becomes available, we will be in contact and will require full payment prior to your arrival.

Retreat Centre

> No alcohol is to be consumed at the retreat centre or in our surrounding grounds
> Smoking is permitted but in specific smoking area. We encourage you to take the opportunity to cut down and maybe even stop this habit while you are here.

Recreational drug use is prohibited in and around the retreat centre

> During Covid-19 regulations you must physically distance yourself from other retreaters.
> We have a no pet policy, however, if you have a guide dog, please contact our crew to arrange your booking.
> Your private belongings are your responsibility, depending on which accommodation we stay in. If it’s a private villa in Portugal then everything is contained, there’s no keys to rooms unless they provide them, if we are staying in our Croatia guest house then you have your own keys that you can lock your rooms
> We have quiet time each night from 9:30-10Ppm until the following morning at 8am.
> All rooms are twin-share with an En-suite in the retreat centre (please check your program venue). Some villa’s have shared communial bathrooms
> Solo retreaters who are opting to share with another retreater will be paired up with someone of the same gender, Unless you are friends and have no problem sharing with the opposite sex.
> Light sleepers or snorers are encouraged to add-on the single room option for an extra (TBC price) per person, per night.
> We provide Vegetarian meals and non-vegetarian meals at your retreat stay. We respect everyone’s wishes but we encourage meat eaters to take this opportunity and give your body a break by embracing a vegetarian diet to really get the most out of your stay.

Additional dietary requirements such as allergies are to be informed to us via our web-check in process or via email.
> Only confirmed attendees are to be on our property. Sorry, no guests.

Health-related

> Please inform us if you a pregnant and consult with your medical practitioner.
> It is important you inform us of any health concerns (including mental health) or physical injuries / ailments on our web-check in form or via email.
> We do not supply health, medical or mental health advice. Instead, we will guide you through HU Breath movement and mediation techniques and create a safe space to enjoy your experience.

> As in with any new experience there can be triggering moments so, please take steps and always be kind to yourself. HU Breath is your doctor physician and spiritual master all in one. It gives you what you need not what you want, so take this chance to surrender, so Just do your best and let the HU Breath take care of the rest. There will be tears, DIVINE laughter, childhood trauma clearing, inner child work, and emotional freedom therapy. If you feel overwhelmed you may talk to us privately or share your experience in front of your HU Breath warrior tribe.

Remember this is your soul tribe, your spiritual family that shared this sacred journey with you. Throughout our HU Breath Retreats we saw strangers become life-long friends HU keep on returning to new retreats at the same time to experience the magic of HU Breath. You will have all kinds of experiences. Some will be blissful, some tearful and painful and some will be transcendental where many warriors encounter worldwide masters like the Christ consciousness, angelic realms, archangels, lights, visions, ancestors, spirit guides and so on but whatever the experience it will be a life changing one, and because of the magic that many people experience in one week many people asked… Chico what are they going to do once they return home, so an idea was born. Chico created the 40-Day HU Breath life transformation. This will be a daily to do list that will keep you on track as well as take you deeper into the ocean of oneness we term as LIGHT/GOD/UNIVERSE/Highest-Self but we simply call it by a universal name acceptable to all HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUW

You can also pay in instalments. If you are stuck financially and want to participate and cannot pay for whatever reason please speak to Chico…HE/HU will always find a way.

Chico takes no credit in your beautiful experiences because he believes that you are your own master and the answers are within you. He accepts no titles or any form of position of importance. When asked how do you see yourself his reply was:

“We are all apples on the same tree but we don’t ripen at the same time, I am humbled to be chosen for this mission, but I am just like you…still fighting my own shadows and by being around my fellow HU Breath Warriors those subtle hypocrisies of the ego are magnified and dealt with swiftly as we are nothing but mirrors and in others, we see ourselves. So, it’s a continuous unfolding of the timeless in a time-full world. Simply put I am but a pointer to your own TRUTH. This is enough, this is LOVE.

Retreat Programs

> All workshops are compulsory unless you have a valid reason not to participate. We encourage you to take part in as many activities as you can to make the most of your retreat experience. This program is designed in a way that every activity is taking you a step closer to your freedom

Use of Written and Photographic Material from your retreat

> If you provide feedback on our form, on social media or via email, we may use this in marketing content.
> Any photographs taken by Happy HU Breath Retreat crew of attendees or taken by you in and around retreat may be used by us for marketing purposes.
> If you prefer that we do not use any of the above material please advise us of this in an email. However, this will make it difficult as we film classes for two reasons. One is to edit a video of the trip as a memory and the other as an opportunity for other people to see some of your amazing journey and be inspired to come here and experience the magic of HU Breath as you have

> We would love you to join our HU Breath social media and group so you can meet other HU Breath warriors, and connect with more worldwide community

9. WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FOR RETREATS

When you book a retreat with us, you agree to the following:

I am participating in the Retreat offered by HU Breath Retreats, during which I will receive information and instruction about HU Breath Movement, HU Breath breathwork, meditation, visualisation, contemplation and meditation. I will be swimming and going on excursions like Hiking, horse riding, Jeep & Quad biking, mountain climbing, Block FIT, HIIT, Yoga, Stretch and relax, fire ceremony Zip lining. Cacao, and other activities that we see fit for our HU Breath retreat.
I recognise that these activities require physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in the Retreat and any overseas travel precautions. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical conditions that would prevent my full participation in the HU Breath Retreats.
I will inform HU Breath Retreats in email of any health-related issues I have that may affect me whilst participating in the Retreat.
I understand that if I am pregnant, I will take necessary steps to ensure my doctor and health care providers know I am participating in this Retreat. I assert that I am of fit health to participate in the Retreat and will alert all teachers whose sessions I participate in that I am pregnant.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the retreat, including any travel and any or all activities done with the HU Breath Retreats group, or as an individual at the accommodation and facilities provided.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Retreat, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against HU Breath Retreats and staff for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the retreat. I, my heirs and legal representatives forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue HU Breath Retreats for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.
Travel Insurance is recommended.

10. GOVERNING JURISDICTION

8.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute(s) arising in connection with the terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
